The Nike Shox R4 "Black/Silver" has been an innovative sneaker design since 2000. The Shox R4 became its time when it was first released, when it is considered by the rest of the Nike runners of the time by placing four visible PU foam columns on the midsole. The inventive feature allows for controlled impact on the ground, while each column collapses quickly and slowly returns to shape.
